The Faculty of Industrial Design of the Academy of Fine Arts in Krakow approached the City Council with a proposal to have a competition for the design of the MOCAK’s logo. The competition itself became part of the didactic process. Professor Władysław Pluta, assistant lecturer Barbara Widłak, Szymon Kiwerski, MA and Marcin Klag, MA supervised the project. All the works produced in the course of working on the project were submitted to the exhibition of the designs.
On 14 July 2010, the Jury, consisting of representatives of MOCAK and the project supervisors by a majority decision granted the main prize to Michał Szyszka, and three equal distinctions were granted to Maria Bradovkova, Kamila Mitka and Julian Wierzchowski. |
